IT HR team is looking for a Business Analyst for Learning Systems to play a key role in implementing L&D initiatives across multiple learner groups within organization (CT, BST, CKA, ABM, etc.). This is a short-term temporary role and will transition the responsibilities to internal resources as they become available to support the implementation of a new L&D platform. The IT business analyst will work closely with members of the Learning & Development team to document configuration and development requirements that maximize employee experience and efficiency for the firm. Working closely with the IT Project Manager for Learning Systems, the role will help develop requirements from a prioritized list of initiatives, working with business stakeholders where required to understand the functional benefits to be delivered. This is a highly collaborative role and you will work extensively with functional team, development, quality assurance, vendor consultants, and various other professionals. BASIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: General Teaming Responsibilities IT HR Business Analyst is ultimately responsible for developing a subject matter expertise in a cluster of Learning applications and becoming an integrated support person bridging between IT/Dev and the Global Learning function. Effectively executing this will require the IT HR Business Analyst to: • Work directly with the Learning Systems project leader and a group of other business analysts to understand system issues and collect input on future changes.
