    IT HR team is looking for a Business Analyst for Learning Systems to play a key role in implementing L&D initiatives across multiple learner groups within organization (CT, BST, CKA, ABM, etc.).  This is a short-term temporary role and will transition the responsibilities to internal resources as they become available to support the implementation of a new L&D platform.    The IT business analyst will work closely with members of the Learning & Development team to document configuration and development requirements that maximize employee experience and efficiency for the firm.  Working closely with the IT Project Manager for Learning Systems, the role will help develop requirements from a prioritized list of initiatives, working with business stakeholders where required to understand the functional benefits to be delivered.    This is a highly collaborative role and you will work extensively with functional team, development, quality assurance, vendor consultants, and various other professionals.     BASIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:  General Teaming Responsibilities  IT HR Business Analyst is ultimately responsible for developing a subject matter expertise in a cluster of Learning applications and becoming an integrated support person bridging between IT/Dev and the Global Learning function.  Effectively executing this will require the IT HR Business Analyst to:  •	Work directly with the Learning Systems project leader and a group of other business analysts to understand system issues and collect input on future changes. Provide direct application support for a cluster of applications.  •	Work with the IT / Development functions to track, manage and help implement application changes either in the form of support fixes or system improvements / enhancements.  •	Engage and support the Global Learning administrators, instructional designers and overall end user community to ensure systems are performing properly and meeting the user's expectations.   •	Act as the primary s

    pport contact for all Learning applications  •	Develop a detailed understanding of the Learning application portfolio, including functional and technical dependencies between systems  User support, documentation and training  IT HR Business Analyst is responsible for the day to day support, documentation and training of learning applications.  Effectively executing this will require the IT HR Business Analyst to:  •	Develop an expertise and become a primary support contact for learning applications.  The portfolio applications to be supported across the Learning Systems team include:    o	Saba Learning Management System – package solution  o	LAB Portal – custom .NET solution  o	Saba Classroom – SaaS solution  o	Training Online – custom solution  o	Business Objects (BO) – packaged solution  •	Actively monitor and resolve user support issues, working closely with the Operations teams   •	Assist in answering end user procedural and system questions    •	Manage and implement application configurations and/or administrative setup configurations in the application as required.  •	Assist the Learning Systems Project Leader and Business Analysts in developing training content and conduct or support training as required.  •	Assist in the execution of application implementation tasks including:  o	Writing and reviewing functional specifications  o	Reviewing and approving technical specifications  o	Building test scenarios and execution plans  o	Coordinating and executing user testing    JOB REQUIREMENTS:  Education or Certifications  •	Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in related field    Work Experience  •	Minimum of 5-7 years of applicable experience supporting or implementing applications   •	Experience at global, professional services firm in a Business Analyst role preferred  •	Experience with implementing learning technology preferred  •	Proven ability of working in challenging technical, customized and packaged softwares   Functional /Technical Skills   •	Ability to deve
