Cox Communications is searching for a BSS - Solutions Architect IV.   •	The role will be responsible for end-to-end solution architecture of BSS led and impacted projects.  •	The role will have dual clients - business and technology and will serve as the bridge between them.  •	Prepare conceptual architecture and high-level designs for assigned projects   •	Under general supervision, formulates and defines system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding to develop or modify moderately complex information systems.   •	Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written   •	Establishes database definitions and tables; designs, codes, tests, and implements custom database scripts and formal procedures   •	Business Support Systems (BSS) – Core Billing, Usage Mediation, Rating Engine, Bill-Formatting, Centralized Product-Catalogues, Revenue-Assurance.  •	Hands-on experience with data mining, data integration, quality, ownership, and governance within a data architecture framework   •	Provide Solution Architecture estimates for enterprise level high impact projects.   •	Oversee vendor architecture/designs    Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions:    •	Completes all technical development tasks pertaining to applications per approved projects and allocated budgets   •	Interfaces extensively with functional users to confirm the applicability of design alternatives, identifies and recommends cost effective options, and address user concerns   •	Interfaces as necessary with all critical integration points to ensure that applications are successfully and efficiently operating with all requested applications   •	Maps workflow and creates design specifications based on functional requirements   •	May translates logical information model to efficient physical database designs   •	Design & execute multiple Systems-Integration Projects Responsibilities focus primarily on design of innovative business solution systems   •	Strategic leadershi
