    Develop an Oracle APEX based application based on the business requirements provided.
Performing full application development lifecycle including: 
Gathering initial requirements, functional analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, maintenance & support of applications and reports.
Responsible for Oracle APEX code development and maintenance, implementation, performance tuning, and migration
Demonstrated experience with custom theming, custom interactive reporting and dynamic actions
A good understanding of using jQuery, jQuery UI and jQuery mobile and its use within APEX
Maintain and enforce SQL and PL/SQL development coding standards and best practices
Assist in the development and maintenance of technical documentation, user documentation, and process guidelines
Strong leadership skills and a dedication to achieving business outcomes and project deadlines
Effectively communicate and build rapport with team members, business stakeholders, and clients using various techniques and collaboration channels
Oracle APEX, PL/SQL, SQL, Stored procedures, functions and packages, Scripting and TOAD
Strong understanding of Oracle technology solutions and direction
Collaborate with Oracle Support to provide solutions as functional and technical bugs are encountered
Perform other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    4+ years of professional PLSQL application and report programming experience.
Experience with Oracle Application Express 5.0 +
Oracle Apex application engineering and development.
Database Design and Structures
Oracle SQL on 12G R1 +
Oracle PL/SQL on 12G R1 +
HTML CSS JavaScript
Seasoned PLSQL database and application development experience using packages, procedures, pipeline functions, materialized views, bulk collection, etc.
