    Max Bill rate: 66.34 USD/ hour    Trade & Transaction Reporting Operations (TTRO)    Role Description & Responsibilities:    •	The candidate will work with key stakeholders and subject matter experts across all disciplines within Operations and the firm to understand their priorities and align the outcome of the program with the organization's overall business goals  •	Demonstrates a detailed knowledge of the processes, projects, systems, markets and instruments that influence their team.  •	Analyzes and exposes ambiguous or complex issues, identifies root causes and proposes future actions.  •	Ensures Compliance Courses and Policies are completed on a timely basis.  •	May be required to build and manage relationships on a day to day level with Business Unit partners, other Morgan Stanley infrastructure departments, and external contact points in Client organizations.  •	Produce functional change specifications, in line with best practice, to meet project delivery  •	Prepare user acceptance test cases, coordinate user testing, and review test evidence with all the impacted stakeholders  •	Develop product, functional and system expertise for the given programs  •	Interface with SME's and ensure the regulations, legal & compliance interpretation, and business requirements are clearly documented, and understood    Skills that You Bring:    •	You have proven track record of large scale change management and in depth understanding of the project management methodologies across the delivery life-cycle.  Familiarity with Agile methodology is a plus.    •	You have experience working in some capacity within a transactional regulatory reporting environment.  •	You have experience across a vast array of Cash and OTC derivative products and front to back trade life cycle.  Familiarity with Equity and Listed Options is a plus.    •	You are able to handle multiple work streams and prioritize effectively.  •	You actively look for new opportunities for self-development and career

The ideal candidate should have the following skill sets:    	Create regulatory reporting business and functional requirement documents / user stories under Dodd Frank, EMIR, CANADA, SEC, CFTC regulations for both ETD and OTC derivative products.   	Liaise with equity traders/front and middle office/operation users and external interfaces/entities (GTR/SDR) for the understanding and analysis of OTC derivatives product post trades flows to create regulatory reporting solution framework to generate and submit RT, PET, Confirm, Position and Valuation reporting across asset class, Rates, Credits, Equity, FX and Commodity as per GTR/SDR, DTCC product reg. reporting template.  	Create product identification process flow document for various OTC Swap products (Equity, Dividend, Variance, Equity Forward, Volatility, OTC options - Onsys & Offsys, Exotics - Onsys & Offsys, Option Strategy - Onsys & Offsys) in line to regulatory requirement for Dodd Frank, EMIR and Canada transaction reporting.  	Analyze inbound and outbound transaction report
