    •	In this role you will manage analytical projects for marketing: such as recurring physician segmentation and targeting, sample outlier reports, and dashboards. You will provide consultative views on related projects  •	You will extract data and run SAS programs. Perform ad-hoc marketing queries and create weekly, bi-weekly, monthly reports   •	You will support marketing campaign queries related to performance reporting   •	You will build reports, dashboards to track promotional campaigns, Third Party, Channel Performance   •	You will create non-personal promotion target lists for deploying various tactics   •	You will support Incentive Compensation process  •	You will also present analyses and point of views to business   •	Work with different stake holders and business partners in translating business requirements into data analytic problems and identify development metrics to measure the KPIs across different data elements  •	Conduct advance analytics such as segmentation, correlation, driver analysis, CHAID, decision tree analysis to understand content effectiveness, customer loyalty, channel adoption and impact analysis to tease out the effectiveness of the marketing initiative.  •	Create leadership presentations and reports on the analysis  •	Collaborate with Genpact onsite and offshore team to oversee project work

    Qualifications

    • Work with different stake holders and business partners in translating business requirements into data analytic problems and identify development metrics to measure the KPIs across different data elements
