Requires at least three years professional experience in a Scrum Master, IT Business Analyst, IT Project Manager, or IT Trainer role for IT Development teams.

Agile certification

• Experience in the Scrum Master (or equivalent) role for information technology teams that was diligently applying Agile values, principles, practices, and theory

• Knowledge and/or experience with Hybrid Development Methodology (traditional, Agile, Lean) techniques: Scrum ceremonies, decomposition of work (Features, User Stories, Tasks), PhaseGate.

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.

• Proficiency in cross function project teaming.

• Ability to influence without direct authority.

Qualifications

Client uses a combination of waterfall and Agile, so the person needs to be flexible on the methodology

Exposure to DevOps and familiar with Azure development ops boards

Familiar with system application modernizing efforts

Will be a Scrum Master on a team who is building code for custom applications
