Our client is looking for an Agile Coach 
– someone who knows the Lean methodology 
– VSM, waste reduction and has applied this learning to bring tangible results to processes.

Qualifications

Agile Coach SME WithPortfolio Management – suggesting TFS on how to manage budget an cost related feasibility for projects.
Program Management – How to groom product backlog / sprint backlogs
Requirement gathering – best practices on writing user stories, acceptance criteria, gathering other requirements into the planning phase, story point estimation etc.. Knowledge of JIRA.
Build cycle – knowledge of config management especially Github and how defects are managed in the lifecycle.
Any knowledge of TDD or BDD is an added advantage but is not mandatory.
 
This individual will go head to head with the person leading the Agile adaptation at TFS and suggest how he can improve his handbook.
