This position is Nonexempt. Responsibilities: 0-4 years experience. Has previous experience as an accountant. Examines, analyzes, and interprets accounting records to prepare account reconciliations and journal entries. Requires an advanced degree. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Familiarity with spreadsheets and GAAP.  Tasks may include: Preparation of journal entries, Account Reconciliations, Analysis, Research, Other Miscellaneous quarter-end accounting functions.  Weekends may be required.  Skills: Accounting degree preferred with  application experience.      Schedule/Hours of position: M-F 8-5, once every quarter they’ll work a Saturday.   Any OT expected? Expect 2 hours of overtime towards month end.   Can this position be remote: In office for training and team building. Flexible on work from home opportunities.   Absolute must haves to be considered when we are reviewing resume/candidates to send over: Bachelors required – Accounting or related field as long as they have Accountant I – 1-2 years.
