    Domain Specialist - BCP

Transformation of the IT Processes for an automotive client based in the US. We need an IT Domain Specialist who understands the Business Continuity planning and recovery, Crisis Management and Disaster Recovery processes.
Business Continuity

Individual with who has been involved with BCP, DR and Crisis management activities.
Has performed BIA of processes, determined RTO and RPO and performed dependency analysis from a recovery perspective.
Has the experience of creating and maintaining BCP plans, conducting table top testing of plans, conducting post facto analysis of performance of the team and conducting ongoing training for business teams.
Criss management
Individual has the experience of drafting crisis response plans, working with senior stakeholders and external agencies to prepare for events.
Has experienced crisis situations / events and enacted plans to respond to such events.
Understand the roles and responsibilities of stakeholders involved in responding to a crisis event.

    Qualifications

    The individual is expected to transform the underlying process through the identification of non-value-added activities, suggest best practices w.r.t. templates to be used, activities to be performed, metrics, etc.
The individual would be part of a cross-functional team of Agile Coach and COBIT SME.
10+ years of experience.
Location – preferred in the US (Dallas) or in India but able to travel for 6 weeks for a sprint session.
Other skills - Good team player, Good communicator – verbal and written, Problem Solving nature, self-motivated
