    Provide administrative support to a department and/or Manager.  Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction. Responsibilities:  Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office. Perform general clerical duties. Details about the work environment (team, independent, etc.)       MAX BILL RATE: $35.00     •Work with department management in all personnel matters – discipline, awards, etc.  •Schedule Skip meetings and provide follow-up.  •Work with new Clients as brought into facility   •Track compliance   •Weekly Headcount Report; weekly Attrition Report.  •Temporary Employee Reports.  •Conduct Exit Interviews and ensure all compliance issues are met.  •Staff advocate.         ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:  •Work with HR and Company attorney on discipline and termination issues.  •Work with Unemployment Office on follow-up cases.  •Special Projects.         KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:  •Ability to maintain confidentiality  •Ability to lead and train staff  •Good/Excellent Computer Skills   •Ability to work with all Microsoft Office programs especially MS Word, Excel, and Access.   •Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills  •Excellent Customer Service Skills  •Good Data Entry Skills  •Good Negotiation and analytical skills  •Ability to Multi-task  •Detail Oriented  •Deadline driven  •High level of professionalism
