Responsibilities • Writing the test scenarios & cases for manual testing. • Facilitate testing process with business users and helping them in execution of test cases, solving their queries. • Create Test Data per the business and testing requirements to execute test cases. • Uploading test cases in Quality Center (HP ALM), updating test results and reporting or test results. • Work closely with business to understand the existing & new process, changes in the existing process, critical areas etc. • Coordinate with IT, other teams and vendors as needed to devise, test and implement long term remedies. • Work collaboratively on projects and initiatives with the business and IT by eliciting and documenting business requirements and preparing appropriate functional specifications while considering technical capabilities of the system/application and ensuring an integrated approach is used. • Serve as a point of contact for business testing activities and influence testing strategy to ensure testing will appropriately meet business requirements.
