• 7+ years of SDET / Dev experience

• C#/.Net, Jenkins (nice to have but allows for a migrate to Azure Dev Ops), Git, Jira, Atlassian, Confluence

• Extensive knowledge of Azure and experience developing and working in Azure

• Extensive knowledge of CosmosDB, IoTHub

• Experience with Azure DevOps

• Great problem solver

• Ability to communicate up/down depending on the audience

• Experience mentoring Jr sdets

• Experience working with multiple teams in an Agile environment

• Unafraid of taking on new challenges

• Must be able to work independently

• Communication is key, must be clear and concise in written and verbal communication. Team communicates via Slack and face to face.

• 2+ years experience writing and executing test plans and leading test teams.

• Proactive approach, willing to take the initiative and associated responsibility.

• Experience planning and executing both manual, stepwise tests and exploratory tests from test scenarios without stepwise detail

• Excellent diagnostic, problem solving and process analysis skills.

• Ability to think outside the box and look at the big picture to determine solutions that fit within strategic directions to make things better.

• Ability to build relationships with various stakeholders & comfort dealing with all levels within the organization.

• Basic understanding of test automation

• Attention to detail and the ability to master new applications and technologies.

• Flexibility and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
