This Solution Architect will play a hands-on role driving the cloud ready and cloud native application architecture within the organization. This individual will be responsible for the all aspects of the application platform and security. S/he will work closely influencing Business Sponsors, Scrum Masters and Peer Architects while driving Client’ digital modernization efforts.

Client is seeking an individual who is looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity to help change and influence the future of Client applications and products. As a member the architecture team, you will supply to the modernization of Client. You will work with architecture and application teams to help cultivate innovation, drive standardization and deliver on new technology patterns across the stack. You will drive product roadmap evolution in conjunction with business unit product goals. You will provide leadership in adoption of platforms and consolidation across department initiatives.

Responsibilities


	
7+ years of industry experience in an architecture and/or software engineering role with 3+ years of experience focusing on migrating on premise applications to the Cloud, ideally AWS
	
Your ability to provide technical leadership and hands on day-to-day solutions to agile teams, preparing the design artifacts and implementation of solutions.
	
Deep hand-on experience in software development with Java, Java EE/Jakarta EE, Spring Framework/Spring Boot, and web application technologies in a service-focused architecture.
	
Working knowledge of application platforms like Kafka and Redis. 
	
Proven and comprehensive knowledge of APIs, UIs, infrastructure, data architecture, security, and new technologies.
