    One of the biggest transformational programs run by the Company. The purpose of this multi-year program is to deploy newest IT technology (with SAP S4/Hana in the core) while standardizing E2E processes and improving ways of working. Objective is to integrate finance and accounting processes for business units that are impacted. Integration team of leads to  work very closely with the wider project team, Super Users and Process teams as well as with Business SMEs to make this integration possible. 
     
    Profile
    • Participate in process design workshops and ensure process and required changes are well defined in future state process design
    • Drive integration activities per area of responsibility (incl. detail transition planning & execution)
    • Secure process documentation required (DTPs, SOPs)
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in driving integration efforts (incl. GBS, BU Functional Experts, OCM, HR, IT)
    • Coordinate integration activities needed for successful Go-Live
    • Execute risk mitigation actions identified during Pre-Mortem
    • Act as a well trusted GBS Expert
    • Actively work with local BU SMEs to acquire good business understanding (business acumen/contextual knowledge)
    • Collect all learnings (Post-Mortem) and improvement ideas to be leveraged for future releases
    • Work with the Tower Leads and Regional GBS Director to identify impact changes in the GBS organization and ensure there are plans to address these changes
    • Regularly report integration/transition progress

    Qualifications

    • 5 years of BPO transitions experience
    • SAP S4/Hana migration experience – needs to have participated in at least 1-2 SAP S4/Hana deployment
    • A thorough understanding of E2E financial processes
    • “Big picture" thinking
    • Interpersonal skills and ability to manage and influence peers and stakeholders
    • Ability to work independently
    • Adaptability, ability to respond quickly to a shifting reality and adjust initiatives and priorities accordingly
    • Organizational skills and the flexibility to jump from priority to priority
    • Proactiveness
    • Strong team-player
    • Strong communication skills
    • Very good command of English language (German is of advantage)
    • Location/time-zone: European time zone; proximity to Germany/Poland will be an advantage (it is expected that physical project team meetings will be restored towards Q3/Q4 2021), however the role can be executed remotely.
