    This newly created position is a key role within the Global Marketing function and the ideal candidate will have strengths in social media marketing, PR and brand crisis management.

    The Social Media Manager role at Genpact is responsible for the execution of Genpact’s branded global social media marketing campaigns across all major social media networks.

    · Create, drive, and implement multi-channel social media strategies across functions from creative brief to launch
    · Work with agency partners to develop and implement paid social media strategy across several platforms
    · Work with Senior Manager to implement crisis management strategy
    · Mentor stakeholders on social media best practices and skills to drive greater self-sufficiency
    · Analyze data and improve social media initiatives using established KPIs
    · Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve social media marketing messaging
    · Create and present social media reports to stakeholders
    · Manage relationship with digital and PR agency
    · Work closely with senior manager to establish and refine social media voice and branding
    · Lead social media strategy for designated campaigns
    Job Requirements:

    · 5+ years of social media campaign experience.
    · Deep understanding of social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram, etc.
    · Experience with social media management platforms such as Hootsuite, Radian6, Sprinklr, etc
    · Understanding of digital ecosystem and the role of social media in expanding brand awareness, driving engagement, audience growth, and conversions.
    · Proven experience working on paid social media activations
    · Ability to work in a fast-paced matrix environment
    · Experience interpreting social media data and creating reports for stakeholders
    · Copywriting skills and experience writing for social media
    · Experience at a B2B organization
    · Experience working with creative teams to drive direction of social media graphics and videos
    · Good judgment and ability react quickly during crisis situations

    Qualifications

    Must have skills:

    • Candidates should have experience at B2B organization
    • Candidates should a crisis management experience
    o Direct PR/comms experience is a good +1
    • 5-10 years (MAX) of social media management.
