    Duties & Responsibilities
    
*       Configure COTS systems: Infor Public Sector, Dynamic Portal, or Rhythm for Civics
    
*        Create/edit/run queries against an Oracle and SQL database
    
*       Perform very technical development with a variety of languages including VB.NET and C#
    
 

    Qualifications

    Qualifications
    
*       5+ years of experience
    
*       Experience in software development, e.g. Visual Basic, VB.Net, C #
    
*       Understanding of relational databases with the ability to create/edit/run queries against an Oracle and SQL database
    
*       Experience with Infor Public Sector, Dynamic Portal, or Rhythm for Civics is preferred
    
*       Experience Ruby on Rails and Microsoft Access databases is a huge plus.
