Role: Taleo Functional Consultant

Location: NEW YORK, NY (Locals Needed)



Responsibilities:

a.            Lead requirements gathering and documentation for expansion of Taleo application        

b.            Building a recruiting site for contingent workers (consultants) -  Agency to be able to post/apply for candidates, then push them through selection to hire and onboarding on to HCM

c.             Build approval process/work flow for opening a requisition through to hire

d.            Generate online employee contracts for hires to sign electronically

e.            Add custom fields to support new functionality

f.             Collect new hire forms globally

g.            Enable fluid pages

h.            Establish integration with LinkedIn Recruiter System Connect

i.              Document the resulting system, create user guides and train users".
