    QAD Functional Consultant
    Skill Set required:
    • Implement new QAD installations and upgrades.
    • Good knowledge in respective application modules and domain
    • Ability to conceptualize model / solution based on customer requirements. 
    • Perform business process improvement with clients.
    • Advise and guide teams through issue analysis, options, resolutions and efficient use of QAD application
    • Work with users and stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
    • Conduct training and testing activities.
    • Facilitate creation of functional design documents and validation of application process
    • Participation as part of presales is a must including addressing customer RFPs, understanding customer requirements, Solution approach, estimations, Customer presentations
    • 10 years’ experience
    Following are also expected from you:
    • Good communication with clients/ operational managers – listening and providing suggestions
    • Strong problem resolving skills
    • Ability to form good relationships with business people and team colleagues
    • Ability to gather and assimilate information
    • Have a huge and fast learning curve to newer technologies and implement them
    • Ability to think ahead and anticipate problems, issues and solutions
