Designing, simulating and developing a complex EM system (in CST and HFSS) comprising 16 digital beamforming antennas for a 360∘ surveillance
radar with bandwidth of 400 MHz, realized gain of 17.9 dBi, ±65∘ and ±45∘ beam steering along azimuth and elevation respectively, exceeding
the performance specifications requested by the sponsor
• Optimizing and field‑testing an UWB (1350 MHz) Ground Penetrating Radar for UAVs to detect and classify objects buried in soil, evaluating the
EM compatibility between the radar, a bench mark tank with metal frames and the soil to validate the EM performance with real life scenario
‑ Modelled and simulated the radar system with metal frame tank and soil in FEKO
‑ Interfaced with a data collection system by implementing an automated battery‑powered motorized cart
For Electromagnetic Engineer we need EMC experience specifically in wire harnesses, motors, inverters, batteries, and battery charging systems.
