Duties & Responsibilities
Maintain a Tesseract Payroll/HR Software Package.
Maintain related sub-systems that handle integration of tightly coupled ancillary system functions developed in-house using Batch COBOL VSAM/DB2.
Identify improvements to project standards to achieve high quality services/products.
Identify best practices and standards for the practical needs of the business.

Qualifications
3+ years Cobol/Tesseract programming experience
3+ years mainframe experience
Experience maintaining HR Software Packages and Tesseract Payroll application
Understanding of user experienec in Tesseract Payroll/HR Software Package
