Experience
    
• Overall IT experience 10+ years
    
• At least 3 years experience is managing projects with onshore-offshore delivery model
    
• 1-2 years experience in leading RPA projects (Blue Prism / Power Automate or other leading RPA platforms
    
Skillset
    
• Project management experience, leading RPA projects
    
• Experience in multiple software development methodologies (agile, waterfall, scrum etc)
    
• Certified in one of the leading RPA platform (preferred)
    
• Ability to manage project scope, planning, estimation and resourcing
    
• Well-versed with project management techniques and principles
    
• At least 3 years experience is managing projects with onshore-offshore delivery model
    
• 1-2 years experience in leading RPA projects (Blue Prism / Power Automate or other leading RPA platforms
    
• Project management experience, leading RPA projects
    
• Experience in multiple software development methodologies (agile, waterfall, scrum etc)
