    Previous TD General project and release management experience,

    Role Description:
    IA Provisioning Analyst *NOTE* position is 100% remote due to Pandemic conditions and does not require going into an actual office.

    • Thrives in a very fast paced and dynamic environment that is continually evolving and expanding. Day to Day Responsibilities:
    • Coordinate provisioning of Virtual Machines across all environments (Development through Production).
    • Install and configure applications and utilities using tools such as SCCM.
    • Coordinate technology environment setup, including firewall rules and application requirements.
    • Setup all aspects of an RPA bot in Blue Prism, including schedules, environment variables, and credentials.
    • Establish and maintain partnership with multiple AMCB line of business process owners, Canadian business support teams, and Technology teams in support of AMCB.
    • Execute Production Support readiness from HyperCare through turnover to BAU support team.
    • Perform basic technical triage of identified break\fix scenarios through resolution, including data gathering, in-depth analysis, and documentation of scenarios and fixes in a structured knowledgebase.
    • Partner with Technology, Business, and Vendor team members to validate system testing while helping to deliver robotic automated processes (RPA) for AMCB business lines as part of the project deployment team.
    • Independently lead RPA implementation efforts on behalf of the team in an Agile delivery pod, reviewing documentation, providing approvals (as a delegate), and driving deployment-related defects through closure.
    • Develop and implement solutions for continuous improvement, including tools, processes, and procedures.
    • Create and delivery training material to junior staff and external parties. Additional Core Accountabilities
    • Work cross-functionally to participate in strategic initiatives, improve processes, and research/resolve issues.
    • Provide insight, recommendations, and subject matter expertise in large team settings.
    • Report on progress for processes being deployed to manager in preparation for Go\No Go decisions and production readiness activities.
    • Support digital, automated processes and applications from Pre-Release through Production implementation.
    • Create and track Incident, Service Request, and Change tickets in ServiceNow technology ticketing system.
    • Participate as subject matter expert on RPA strategic initiatives involving system support and process evolution.
     

    Qualifications

    • Technology support operations experience, including Microsoft Windows 10 and familiarity with underlying infrastructure technologies (Active Directory, SCCM, Citrix)
    • Related business operations interactions.
    • Experience with Incident Management practices and procedures.
    • Knowledge of systems testing procedures and practices.
