"1. AMBASSADOR: To create awareness, educate, enable, assist, and assure that Genpact’s brand is being utilized in the most positive, correct, excellent, and consistent manner by every department, team, and individual in the company (as well as partners, agencies, and freelancers outside of the company).
    

    
2. GARDENER: In many ways, the Executive Producer for Brand and Special Projects will be the gardener of our brand. Assuring our brand is growing in the healthiest way possible, removing weeds, nurturing, protecting from threats, monitoring, and training other how to tend the areas of the garden that are their responsibility.
    

    
3. COMMANDER: In addition to overseeing all elements connected to our brand (our brand website, our digital asset management system, our template platforms, and more) there will be special projects that we will need leadership/management/help (that may or may not include GROW, special events, specific campaigns, Genome projects, and more)."
