The Delivery Lead part of IA Hub and will be responsible for end to end delivery of automation solutions leveraging Blue Prims or Power Automate. Understand the business requirements to define RPA benefits proposition and work with LOB to come into agreement. Delivery Lead will be face to Business for all communications, escalations.
    
The Delivery Lead will provide direction, ensures project implementation compliance and manage work for resources. As a Senior resource in team you will collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create and implement innovative high-quality solutions.
    
• Experience in automation that covers business acumen, time management skills and a passion for learning.
    
• Strong understanding of RPA concepts and market.
    
• The ability to conceptualize automated solutions and understand the prescribed design architecture.
    
• Good verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience as well as deliver clear and concise written documentation.
    
• Strong desire for exploring, evaluating and understanding new technologies.
    
• An aptitude for problem solving, with the ability to take a logical route to the source of an error
    
• Work with developers and application owners to implement the change.
    
• Support go-live rollout, handover procedures and change control documents.
    
• Self-starter, ability to proactively push for clarity where ambiguity resides, such as proactively working with teams.

    Qualifications

    • 10+ years of delivery and implementation experience.
    
• At least 6+ years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture and architectural frameworks.
    
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence.
    
• Experience in process documentation and analysis, PDD or SDDs, including specification of a system requirements for business processes.
    
• Ideally with banking / financial services experience
    
• Ideally experience integrating BP (RPA) with other technologies including OCR tools, low code platforms (BPM).
