    Requirements:
    
The process requires resources to work with the forecasters & planning teams within the Aerospace client’s team.
    
o FGI Supply and Network Planning
    
o E2E Supply Network Planning / Materials Planning
    
o Demand Prioritization
    
o Finished Goods Inventory Optimization with Single -Echelon capability using serviceability target levels and coverage periods + SS over lead time
    
o Forward Supply/Demand availability at the materials level
    
o Dual Supply Forecast & Commit
    

    
Deliverables:
    

    
Genpact will be responsible to support all aspects of Supply Planning and Inventory Management. Also, Team members will have to collaborate effectively with client counterparts to make sure all supply planning deliverables are taken care of.
    

    

    
 

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:
    

    
Minimum qualifications
    
• MBA and Masters / Engineering (Aeronautical or any specialization)
    
• Any SCM certifications
    

    
Must have skills:
    
· Functional knowledge of Supply planning, spare parts planning and in-depth understanding of inventory management
    
· Working knowledge on MS-Excel and MS-Access
    
· Good to have Kinaxis (RapidResponse) knowledge
    
· Good to have a working knowledge of Data Analysis/Visualization language or BI Tool such as R, Python, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
    
· Candidate should have core supply chain background
    
· Preferred background: B.E./ B.Tech / MBA / (APICS certifications)
    
· Preferred: Knowledge of Forecasting Tool (Kinaxis)
