    • Assist with training agency teams on the agile methodology and oversee the development of agile teams to ensure effective outcomes for the agency.
      • 
	
    • Responsible for guiding teams through the implementation process and encouraging workers and leadership to embrace the agile method.
      • 
	
    • Responsible for integrating agile into the Child Support Information Technology Division
      • 
	
    • Train agency teams on the facets and implementation strategies of agile project management
      • 
	
    • Work in a team environment to ensure enterprise-level solutioning is secured for the agile project environment
      • 
	
    • Work closely with Jira and related project management programs
      •

    Qualifications

    Project management experience, particularly agile project management
    
Working with Jira as a Jira administrator, consolidating backlog information and setting up both sprints and Kanban boards for use
    
Excellent written and oral communication, particularly in a technology-based project management setting
    
Attuned and relevant in a training environment and testing environment, particularly with regards to training agency staff on new methodology within the project management or program management space
    
MS Suite, Adobe, Cloud infrastructure experience and Jira in a Cloud or localized setting
    
M.S. in Computer Science, Security, Information Technology, or related degree, or significant work experience
    
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Certified Association in Project Management (CAPM), or related certifications from the Project Management Institute
    
Experience performing risk assessments
    
Waterfall and hybrid project management methodologies
