    Two (2) years’ experience with a Learning Management System. Experience with designing and developing various modalities of training (eLearning web-based training modules, videos/tutorials, etc), virtual and/or in- person instructor-led live workshops/flipped classrooms, desk aids, and process/procedure manuals, etc. leveraging the SDC’s existing software (Articulate, Adobe, Camtasia, etc.) and learning management system (“LMS” aka Cornerstone). Experience with developing training materials that meet the requirements for the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
