    Responsibilities!

    1. GTM planning. Develop and execute the global integrated marketing plan, to position Genpact as a digital transformation leader and achieve key marketing objectives: 1. increase brand awareness, 2. create demand (pipeline inflow) for our chosen services and 3. convert demand
    2. Partner relationship. Develop and maintain effective partner relationships with consulting and advisory partners, sales, SLLs and their teams which align marketing as a strategic partner to deliver Genpact’s growth and blueprint ambitions. Bring bold ideas, tactics and bring relevant partners into confidence and garner support for a collective success
    3. Integrated campaign management and thinking. Demonstrate results through truly integrated, challenger thinking with bold tactics, messaging and creative. Lead cross-functional teams across the marketing eco-system (portfolio, content, inbound, web, social, PR, AR, IS, demand center etc.) to deliver success. Bring new and out of the box ideas on engaging audience at different levels and internally sell that thinking
    4. Collaborate with campaign manager. Bring rigor and drive the campaign manager to meet the overarching goals of the GTM plan. Assist the team with day to day priorities, activities and critical thinking around the design, build and run and reporting of an integrated campaign
    5. Drive the best transformation client stories. Partner with sales, subject matter specialists, marketing editorial and solutions teams to identify, create and tell Genpact’s best transformative client stories through an integrated go to market motion.
    6. Drive a performance culture within Marketing, managing agencies, resource and budget to achieve desired outcomes, with a focus on commercial objectives

    Qualifications we seek in you !

    • Relevant years’ marketing experience gained within the professional services or the IT industry, with a passion for B2B
    • A natural leader and communicator, with the ability to impact and influence at senior levels and inspire cross-functional teams
    • Highly collaborative, a teammate and hands on, along with to growing in a diverse global environment
    • Deep understanding of marketing communications strategies
    • Commercial drive
    • Judgement and decisiveness, able to solve problems at pace
    • Intellectually curious, willing to challenge, bring new ideas to the table and take risks in pursuit of better
    • Flexibility in attitude and behavior
    • Strong organization and project management skills
    • Ability to recognize and create stand-out, high-impact creative content that engages audiences and creates compelling customer experiences
    • An understanding of what’s driving digital transformation for businesses, with an interest in emerging technologies – e.g. AI, machine learning etc
