● Bachelor's degree.
● 15 or more years of diverse industry experience in Organizational Change Management, Learning Management and Project and Program Management.
● Global experience in the Training Strategy, Consulting and Learning
● Experience leading and working with global teams
● Experience with design, development, deployment, and evaluation of systems training, process and procedure training, compliance training, new-hire on-boarding, and soft-skills training in enterprise settings.
● Insurance industry experience is preferred
