    Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the Organizational Change
    Management(OCM) processes for major change initiative
    ● Plan, develop and organize the OCM policies and procedures of these establishments
    ● Conduct change impact assessments, overseeing the development of training materials,
    supporting launch and engagement activities, and ensuring that reinforcement
    mechanisms are in place to drive behaviors to achieve sustainable performance.
    ● Develop action plans, provide expertise in response to client needs, and support and
    advice project teams
    ● Direct and advise staff in the development and implementation of training to
    accommodate the changes within the organization
    ● Represent the company within various technical, economic and social organizations
    ● Hire, train and supervise staff.
    ● Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    ● Bachelor's degree.
    ● 15 or more years of diverse industry experience in Organizational Change Management, Learning Management and Project and Program Management.
    ● Global experience in the Training Strategy, Consulting and Learning
    ● Experience leading and working with global teams
    ● Experience with design, development, deployment, and evaluation of systems training, process and procedure training, compliance training, new-hire on-boarding, and soft-skills training in enterprise settings.
    ● Insurance industry experience is preferred
