Oracle Database version 12c ('DB') assessment services ("services") to assist you in your assessment of your DB environment to include up to one (1) production database. The Services may include, but are not necessarily limited to, assistance with the following.

A. Review existing reference materials, that you provide to Oracle, for your databases.

B. Review any known performance issues with Information Technology ('IT') staff.

C. Review existing DB performance statistics.

D. Run Orachk tool on your databases and review the results with you.

E. Identify architectural gaps and process improvement options by reviewing in current state, your:

a. Database configuration.

b. Database operating system and database parameters.

c. Real Application Cluster ('RAC') grid infrastructure configurations for your RAC cluster(s).

d. Configurations for Oracle Cluster Registry ('OCR') and voting disks.

e. Automatic Storage Management ('ASM') configurations and/or storage disk configurations.

f. Memory allocations used for your databases.

F. Gather Your current database diagnostic information by:

a. Collecting statistics through Automatic Database Diagnostics Monitor ('ADDM'), Automatic Workload Repository ('AWR') or Oracle Enterprise Manager.

b. Reviewing existing database performance as well as any anecdotal performance evidence collected and provided to Oracle by you.

c. Reviewing the large database tables, index definitions and growth, and analyzing the impact on the overall performance of the database.

d. Reviewing and analyzing specific problem areas, including advanced queueing, identified from statistics collected from services performed above.

e. Reviewing up to ten (10) Structured Query Language ('SQL') statements identified through the AWR report.

G. As time permits assist with deploying/implementing recommendations from the above assessment.

H. Document assessment results and present findings and recommendations to you.
