The task will require in my opining someone having skills for setting up and administering PeopleSoft HCM security (Row Level security).
 
Customer is using Security by department and they have created Department Security Trees in order for the employees to see reports/data based on the department they belong to.
From what I understand the customer is asking for help on doing the necessary setup in order for the managers (setup based on position) to be able to access reports/data only for the employees who directly report to them.
They have previously used customization in order to achieve this and since now they are upgrading from PT 8.55 to 8.56, they want to reduce the customization level and take as much as possible from standard delivered functionalities.
