    Role 1 : IaaS-Storage/SPARC Healthcheck - 
    
    * Review the existing Server reference materials; 
    * Assess the current state of your Oracle Server, by: 
    o Reviewing your Oracle Server installation and configuration; 
    o Reviewing your Oracle Solaris operating system environments; 
    o Reviewing your Oracle Server storage and boot environment;
    o Reviewing your Oracle Server networking configuration; 
    * Review your Oracle Server diagnostic information, including: 
    o Collecting statistics through OEM; 
    o Reviewing your existing Oracle Server performance as well as any anecdotal performance evidence collected; 
    * Perform Oracle Solaris tuning based on specific Solaris configuration parameters recommended by SAP for their database and application requirements. 
    * Write and present to you engagement summary report.
    
    Role 2 : IaaS-Storage/DB Architect - 5 days of effort to complete the following:
    
    * Review your existing database reference materials; 
    * Review known database issues with your IT staff; 
    * Review existing DB diagnostic information; 
    * Run the tool on your DB and review the results with your IT staff; 
    * Identify architectural gaps, issues and process improvement options, by: 
    * Reviewing your current database configuration; 
    * Reviewing your current database operating system (OS) and your database parameters;
    * Reviewing your current database Clusterware configurations; 
    * Reviewing your current configurations for your Oracle Cluster Registry (OCR) and voting disks; 
    * Reviewing your current Oracle Automatic Storage Management (ASM) configurations and/or disk storage configurations; 
    * Gather current DB diagnostic information by: 
    o Collecting statistics through Automatic Database Diagnostics Monitor (ADDM), Automatic Workload Repository (AWR) or Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM); 
    o Reviewing existing DB performance as well as any anecdotal performance evidence collected and provided to Oracle by you; 
    * Review your existing Server reference materials; 
    * Assess the current state of your Oracle Server, by: 
    o Reviewing your Oracle Server installation and configuration; 
    o Reviewing your Oracle Solaris operating system environments; 
    o Reviewing your Oracle Server storage and boot environment; 
    o Reviewing your Oracle Server networking configuration; 
    * Review your Oracle Server diagnostic information, including: 
    o Collecting statistics through OEM; 
    o Reviewing your existing Oracle Server performance as well as any anecdotal performance evidence collected; 
    * Perform Oracle Solaris tuning based on specific Solaris configuration parameters recommended by SAP for their database and application requirements.
