  • We are currently seeking a Claims Adjuster to join our team in Montreal, QC. The successful candidate will evaluate property and casualty claims (commercial and residential) by conducting loss investigations and negotiating settlements in accordance with provincial licensing requirements, while maintaining high performance and maintaining excellent client relationships.

    Qualifications

    Requirements
 At least 5 years of functional and technical experience in an insurance environment
 Licensed or working towards CIP designation
 Post-secondary education in an insurance-related environment will be considered an asset
 Experience in on-the-road expertise including investigation and detailed reports of liability claims
 Strong computer skills and reports including Office 2007 and Windows XP
 Has a team spirit with exceptional customer service skills
 Ready to work in a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth

Requirements
 Au moins 5 ans d’expérience fonctionnelle et technique dans un milieu d’assurance
 PAA agréé ou en voie d’obtenir l’agrément de PAA
 Éducation post-secondaire dans un domaine connexe à l’assurance sera considérée comme un atout
 Expérience en expertise sur la route incluant l’enquête et des rapports détaillés des réclamations de dommages matériels et risques divers
 Connaissance pratique de Xactimate et de XactAnalysis exigée
 Solides compétences en informatique et rapports incluant Office 2007 et Windows XP
 Possède un esprit d’équipe avec des compétences de service à la clientèle exceptionnelles
 Prêt(e) à travailler dans un milieu dynamique offrant des perspectives de carrière

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS/ CERTIFICATIONS/QUALIFICATIONS:
   Valid driver’s license
   Maintenance of adjusting license
   Continuing education courses as required by CAC or the jurisdiction (AIIC)
