Job Description: 

Summary: Provide first level support to Dollar General customers and employees via inbound phone calls and email. Support will include answering general inquiries, logging customer complaints, and providing procedural guidance based on established protocols. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  
•       Answer incoming phone calls and/or initiate outbound calls in a call center environment 
•       Log details and document each call into our CRM tool
•       Respond to and manage email traffic using a web-based email application
•       Provide an enhanced customer experience with each and every interaction
•       Special assignments, projects and reports as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

Required Skills/Competencies
•       Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
•       Must display a high level of customer centricity and desire to provide top notch customer service
•       Self-motivated, disciplined and organized
•       Professional attitude including proper phone etiquette
•       The desire to learn and grow in areas of greater responsibility
•       Ability to multi-task, including talking on the phone and typing simultaneously
Candidate will work closely with staff, management team, and client as necessary.
